- It depends on three things: where your customers are, who owns the company, and what activity you are licensed for. Mainland gives you the widest market access in the UAE. Free zones offer a simpler setup and historically a tax-friendly position. Offshore is right when you do not need a physical UAE presence. We assess all three against your specific facts before recommending.
- How long does a UAE business setup typically take?
- For qualifying free-zone setups with a clean document set, we deliver the trade licence within two business hours. Mainland setups range from two to four weeks. Banking adds another two to six weeks on top, depending on the bank and the activity.
- Do you handle ongoing PRO and visa work after setup?
